Sect Pig

The weird entity Sect Pig strikes back with their third recording in five years, once again a short attack that confuses and enervates. …or not… Like before, the frenzy sonic outlet sees the smoggy light via California-based Nuclear War Now! Productions, being released the digital way, on vinyl (12” LP) and compact disc. Crooked Backs brings almost seventeen minutes of weird sonic terror, based on another unorthodox theme. It deals with genetic diversification, the protection of the human race via genetic selection, and related concepts.

Gnosis

Gnosis are a relatively young outfit from Florida that recorded their first official material at the Shack North Studio. That stuff got engineered and mixed by Fernando Coipel, and mastered by Dan Lowndes (Resonance Sound; cf. the likes of e.g. Förgjord or Desolate Shrine), all in 2014. Then they signed to the mighty Nuclear War Now! Productions roster in order to have this recording, nicely entitled The Third-Eye Gate, released on both CD and LP.

Infra

Infra are a project from Portugal consisting of members involved with e.g. Corpus Christii, Alchemist or Göatfukk, and the trio released two pieces via mighty Californian label Nuclear War Now! Productions gathered as Initiations On The Ordeals Of Lower Vibrations.

Morbosidad

This band from the South-West of the U.S. certainly does not need any introduction anymore, I guess. Let’s keep it with: more than two decades of activities, countless releases (amongst which several ‘cult’ recordings), numerous line-up changes (only founding member and vocalist Tomas Stench remains), and now we’ll welcome Tortura, the band’s latest effort, done on vinyl via Nuclear War Now! Productions (a cassette edition did see the unlight too in mean time).

Doombringer

Mainly based in Poland, Doombringer are, for a change, not another high-tech Modern Death / Blast Metal act à la Vader, Hate or Behemoth. No, this is one of these bands that go far away from the mainstream, delving deeper into spheres of morbidity, grimness and bleakness.

Athanatos

We all know that Nuclear War Now! Productions’ commitment is ‘to unearth the ugliest, gnarliest metal the underground has to offer’, and that’s why this mighty label did release Unholy Union, the first demo of Chilean act Athanatos, on vinyl. Unholy Union stands for fourteen minutes of technically high-leveled, ultimately obscure and extremely harsh, pounding Morbid Death Metal from the Old School.

Harvest Gulgaltha

Harvest Gulgaltha were formed in 2012, and they did release two recordings via Aphonic Sonance: the demo-tape I and the 12”LP Necrosophic, respectively in 2012 and 2014. That demo, originally released on cassette in a limited edition of 100 copies only, will now be re-issued by great Nuclear War Now! Productions on vinyl as teaser for the upcoming second full album.

Ill Omen

Remnant Spheres Of Spiritual Equilibrium was originally released in 2012/2013 on tape via Abyssic Commune in an edition of 50 copies only, but Nuclear War Now! Productions did put this stuff on vinyl. And for your information, the original material was remastered by BR (Grave Upheaval / Temple Nightside), and it comes with new cover artwork.
