CD REVIEW All For Nothing

Band : All For Nothing
Album Title : Solitary
Label : WTF Records
Distribution : Bertus
Release date : December 2008
Review : MCD

All For Nothing was formed in late 2002 in Rotterdam (The Netherlands), consists of five members and plays old school hardcore with female lead vocals by singer Cindy.
Their debut MCD “Start At Zero” was released in July 2004, followed by several line-up changes and the full length album “Can’t Kill What’s Inside” in May 2007.
“Solitary” contains 5 songs and has a playing time of 10 minutes.
The five tracks are "Regain My Trust", the title track “Solitary”, "Shape Tomorrow", “Can’t Kill What’s Inside” and “Tough Talk”.
I must say that I’m not impressed by the sound of All For Nothing, but maybe the second full length album, which is scheduled for release in 2009, will make a better impression.
All For Nothing will play live on stage as one of the support acts of Slapshot and Energy in Atak, Enschede (the Netherlands) on December 7th 2008 and in Baroeg, Rotterdam (the Netherlands) on December 14th 2008.

60/100
