This is not a new release yet some kind of compilation to celebrate the thirteenth anniversary of their existence. 13 Years Of Celtic Wartunes consists of a DVD and a CD. The DVD contains live material from two different sessions. First of all you can enjoy, during forty five minutes, the band's appearance on the 2007-edition of Wacken . This comes with a great sound quality, that's for sure. Eight tracks, among which material from their latest studio recording ( Caledonia ), that's what this live registration stands for. The second one is an acoustic session the band did in November 2006. Besides this live material, the DVD also contains interviews from the Wacken -fields (with English subtitles, if wanted) and two video clips, from those tracks: The IXth Legion and Forth-Clyde . The compilation-CD consists of seventeen tracks, some of them re-recorded, some re-mastered. It gives a good overview of this German melodic Death / Black / Folk-band's musical history, I guess, because it contains material from all albums. Every Suidakra -fan knows what to do now, I guess…
