Gary Arce is the main guitar player with Ten East (The Robot's Guide To Freedom, Extraterrestrial Highway )Yawning Man (Rock Formations, Pot Head EP)  and The Perfect Rat (Endangered Languages).

Along the way he has crossed paths with many influential figures in the world of art rock and stoner music, all those influences and experiences are put down here. Gary recruited this time Mario Lalli and Kyuss’s Scott Reeder to accompany him on several cuts, including the Fatso Jetson-flavored “Radio bleed”  composed of angular riffs, and the long distraught "Engine drone” with tribal drums by Bill Stinson. The playing is excellent, no more than u would expect from a guy with Gary Arce track history. You soon find yourself sinking in this forty minutes of instrumental psychedelic guitar rock, by the end I could almost feel the sand blowing across the palm deserts as Soft Monsters cruised along.
