Band: Trigger The Bloodshed Trigger the Bloodshed is a technical death metal band from Bath, England. Their full-length debut album Purgation and was released 31st March 2008 through Rising Records. But later on Metal Blade Records signed the band in late April and the band started to write new material for their second full-length album that didn’t, take long to make and wait for. I first heard/read about this band some time ago, when they got the opportunity to play at the Download festival, and impressed by their name that I was, I wanted to learn more about them and started looking for videos and information on the internet. What I found was even more brutal music than the sound of their name. Some of the hardest, most extreme death/grind metal I ever heard. And you can find it all on this album to hear it for yourself. But as with any death metal band, the vocals are still a big issue for me, not being able to understand the words (or even the sound of them). 75/100 Jeroen. |
