Tenet originally started out in the Summer of 1996 by the hands of founder Jed Simon. Together with Steve Wheeler, they were trying to make some sort of demo-tape. But with both guys in being in other bands, Tenet got a little forgotten and it wasn’t for years later when Glen Alvelais joined the crew got back together and the band got serious.

After a couple line up changes the band finally got a steady base consisting of Jed Simon, Byron Stroud, Glen Alvelais, Steve Souza and Gene Hoglan. And after many years of delays and setbacks, Tenet finally released their debut album called “Sovereign”
And this is one big album you have got to go check out. What did you expect with such a line up from musicians and such a high production level. The power that comes from the songs gives you a feeling like you’ve been hit by a truck and you’re in shock and wondering what just happened.
