It's been a long time since I heard another classic Hard Rock band, fronted by a female singer, but Bitchfire is just that.

Musicalwise I get hints from Lita Ford, and some say even some Whitesnake, but I don't seam to hear the Whitesnake in it.

The musicians behind Sharyn Peach certainly don't have to prove themselves anymore, they have all been in the business for over 20 years, and played in different bands.

What strikes me however are the lyrics.  After the first three songs, things go the wrong way, and believe me the following songs wouldn' be played on MTV without the "beep" masking some words.  This lady seems to be very angry on someone, probably a person from the male gender.  Although the songs themselves remain aggressive and heavy, but because of  the lyrics, they  seem to lack a bit in quality.
Conclusion : not too bad a job, but for a next album try to take more time to develop better lyrics, cause the music is good, but the lyrics bring down the whole effort.
