Wait For Evolution started out as a solo project by singer/guitarist/producer Torre Florim. With the help of friends and fellow musicians album was recorded. Jop van Summeren (bass, vocals); Vedran Mircetic (guitar, effects) Rocco Hueting (cow bells, tambourine, vocals); Tim ‘van Delft and of course front man Torre Florim formed the now steady line up of the band.
If you want to compare their sound you could recognize pieces like “Queens Of The stone Age” and guitar riffs like “Kyuss”, but with more of a country kind of style when the band gets out their banjo and gives it a new dimension.
This is an album that the average music lover will like and appreciate, but I doubt it will become more. Although very original, most people will find it strange music with no catchy tunes.
