If you’ve seen the movie “From Dusk Till Dawn” then you must know L.A. born actrice Julliette Lewis from her most popular line in acting ever. And if you know her already you must know that she also started besides her acting career a career in music.

Her new album called “Terra Incognita” was produced by Omar Rodriguez-Lopez ( from The Mars Volta). To be honest I was a bit shocked when I saw she was signed by roadrunner records, a label we all know that represents some of the best hard rock and metal bands out there. But Miss Lewis has proofed to me that she can’t only act, the woman can sing damn good. Punky grooves, 70’s/80’s guitar rock and even pop rock songs on this one. Even a ton of variety in the vocal performances.
The only downside on this album is that there aren’t really any sing-along songs on it to create that live concert chemistry. For the rest, it’s an album that will amaze you in a positive way.
