Following his first solo album with Escape Music "Break away" this is Steve's second solo album.

I don't think the man needs an introduction.  He's been in the business for over thirty years after all, singing with various bands.  His career started in Wildlife" way back in 1980.  When Wildlife threw in the towel, Steve went on to form FM.  Recently he also sang for Shadowman for which he teamed up with Steve Morris known from Heartland.  He also contributed to the latest AOR cd "Journey to LA".

For this second solo album, Khalil Turk introduced Tor Talle (Northern Light) to Steve.
The album became a decent AOR/Rock album, carried by Steve's voice.  But I lack a bit of diversity in the songs.  They're all very traditonal, the lyrics seem a bit simple.  Also the guitar work, though not bad, is not very inspiring.

Final conclusion: not a bad album, but for the next effort a bit of freshness would do well.
