I have in front of me an 11 song CD that follows in the best tradition of Alabama Thunder Pussy,  Clutch, Throttlerod, Mountain (those cowbells?) and some Metallica added with just enough originality thrown in to make it interesting. The record is an assorted musical melding pot with ample amounts of hard-, southern- and 70’s rock and chugging metal all rolled into one.

Massive guitar walls, pounding drumming and vocals abounding in power make this album more than worth listening. The album is kicked off with “Outrun the cops” which is a quite a traditional track with some great guitarwork while the following track “Purple mountain tragedy” has one of the better melodious crunching hooks of the album. A few songs, namely “Ghoster” and “Jaguaro” all feature bluesy overkill riffs akin to Motorhead and let's face it, you can never go wrong with that formula. “Twilight sentinel” and “When things go south” are well composed and under the influence of Lynyrd Skynyrd, Roadsaw and Rose Tattoo. Powerful rock n’ roll riffs are dusted with the right amount of fuzz, ceaselessly scorching out the thick-necked grooves with everlasting aggression.

So congrats to Clark – bass, Dalton – drums , Kindred – vox and guitars and King - guitarsfor dishing out such an aggressive pile of intensity.
