The band goes way back to the 80s when all of its members were playing in bands with significant underground acclaim, But not like when they founded Sacred Steel, this was bigger, better and drew larger attention and success.
All of this led to a signing with Metal Blade Records in April 1997. And by doing this, they were the German band ever to do so.
This was followed with their debut album called Reborn In Steel that was released in October 1997 which won them the status of one of the top German metal acts in that time.

But then was then and now is now and how do these guys sound and how are they doing now? The first thing that came into my mind when I heard this heavy/power metal band’s opening track was “Mercyful Fate”. Lots of different types of vocals that really make the whole package interesting and fun to listen to. The rest of the package is your typical old school metal: twin guitars, bright and tight drums… It won’t disappoint you, but it won’t surprise you either. This is a solid record but it’s not likely to become one of my favorites anytime soon.

89/100
