They still exists and even more they still produces great music. After their great success with the album “Troublegum” way back in 1994 Therapy? hasn’t stopped making music. Troubles with record companies and so one were the reason for the lack of hits but the last fifteen years the still kicked asses. The band has always been stubborn but you can hear that vocalist Andy Cairns and his mates still putting fun and much energy in their music. The last five albums weren’t always commercially and artistically successful but contains always very good songs. A song like “Clown Galore” is simply fantastic with industrial-sounded guitars. Trade marks by Therapy? are dark melodies, pounding grooves and the very recognizable voice of Andy. The lyrics have a contemplating, reflective character. The fact that their ex-drummer Keith Baxter passed away suddenly last year is undoubtedly the reason for the mood of this new album. Therapy? is making once again great music and they haven’t got the intention to win some new souls. This album shows great depth and diversity. And who isn’t yet convinced can still go to their many gigs world wide because these guys really knows who to rock!
