This Spanish  quartet has only been around since early 2005, but you wouldn’t know it by the manner in which they attack their songs. El Paramo open up with an unforgettable array of instrumental stoner rock and post metal that explodes across the room and expands into your eardrums with vibrant original texture of sound, this 7 track CD hits every barrier of fuzz rock, which everyone will appreciate with or without the use of drugs.

While I am little bit tiring of the particular sound that El Paramo is playing I can see how El Paramo can become a more recognized name in places outside of Madrid and Spain. In fact, if you are a fan of Colour Haze, Kyuss, Pelican, Viaje a 800 and Los Natas-genre then El Paramo would fit nicely in your CD collection.
