Band: Endstille The German horde Endstille was formed at the very end of 2000 and did release four full length albums before; the latest one, Endstilles Reich, was their debut for Regain. The band’s style has always combined aggression and fury with technical quality, and the same goes for this new full length, recorded again at JAKs-Hell. Verführer lasts for forty seven minutes and uses the best elements from every former album. Several faster and rhythmic tracks are pretty grim and darkened, while others contain a thrashier groove (listen for example to the massive old stylish skull-crusher Hate Me… God?. Also the tempo varies. Most parts are fast to speeding, but a few times the Black assaults throttle back. Along with the oppressing sound, the compositions dwell within apocalyptic and ominous atmospheres. And the epic sound gives the whole a sadistic touch of vengeance and victory. 90/100 Ivan Tibos. |
