Sanction X  are a new band, formed around Ebby Paduch (Stonefield, Infinity's Call, D.T.F.)  and Robert Böbel (Talon, Frontline, Evidence One), who's not only known as a fine musician, but also as producer.
The music can be descibed as Melodic Metal, a bit in the vein of Evidence One, and on a few occasions they even sound a bit like Accept.
Do not make a judgement after hearing the first song  "The Calling", as this is not representative for the rest of the album.  In amongst the following ten tracks are some killer tunes, for instance "Demon's Dance", which opens with some great keyboards.  Or what to say about "Alone again".  And then I didn't even mention the title song.
A great debut for this band, let's hope they  can keep up with expectations.
