Release date: 25/09/2009
Release: CD

Originally formed under the name of "Knight of Demon" in 1982, this band soon changed their name to the now infamous band "Destruction". It is under this name that the band got more popular, even to the point that they are considered one of the "three kings" of the Teutonic trash metal scene (the others being Kreator and Sodom).

Already 11 studio albums, 4 Ep’s, 2 live albums and a DVD under their belt, the band is about to release another live album at the end of September. Now to be honest I’m not really a big fan of their work, but hearing this album is like a revelation. Starting of with a chainsaw, the band quickly starts to unleash hell with brutal metal riffs that really sound good for a live album. Not only a good sound, even a great live atmosphere can be found. And if that wasn’t enough, there is a total of 22 songs covering both discs so you really get a good deal for your money. If it even can convince me, you really have to go check it out for yourself.

90/100
