It all started back in the nineties for German band “Bury Me Deep”, but it is first in 1999 when “Michelle Darkness” took the duty of doing the vocals that the band’s path became clear and went more towards rock ghot melodramatic kind of genre.

Hailing forth from Baden-Württemberg Germany, Bury Me Deep is not a very well know band, they’ve had hard time to draw attention of media, fans and others of their work due to the fact that there’re so many bands playing exactly the same music in their region.

Their latest release called Nearly Down can maybe change this bands worst nightmare. The album has lots of catchy tunes, but still lays great focus on a dark atmosphere not strange to the genre. The whole sound is first and foremost melodramatic and creepy in such a way that makes you want hear it over and over again.
If you’re into the genre are like bands like HIM Sisters of Mercy or type o negative, this is a must have.
