Hardcore metal with touches of Prong and At The Drive-In are the primary musical dated goods with which this Luxemburg five-man band has created this reasonably good debut cd. It is a pleasing effort, even if it suffers from similarities to Killswitch Engage and Thrice, among others, and shows some serious potential despite not being anything astounding as of itself. Essentially, Everwaiting Serenade simply pull off various hardcore groove cliches with skill, but I suggest they tighten up their arrangements and straighten their production, 'cause there is definitely some music worth developing on display here’.
