Band: The Blackout Argument In their 3 years of existence, The Blackout Argument has been constantly on tour, released 6 albums already and created a massive fan base. Now the band returned from HQ in Germany with vocalist Raphael Schmid in a new line up with their latest creation called Remedies. This album’s (Remedies) concept was taken from Bach Flowers, plants with homeopathic remedies to offer help during emotional problems. The band itself says the CD reflects the spectrum of human emotions. Hey think they have created a remedy that will fill your life with hope, passion and fervor. Now I don’t want to disappoint the fans, but the album isn’t what we expected it to be. Although you can hear that there are emotions in the songs, they just don’t touch you and feel forced. Halfway the album, it gets on your nerves. I’m sorry guys but this is just another punk band for fans of Comeback Kid or Evergreen Terrace 52/100 Jeroen. |
