Swedish quartet Truckfighter’s latest 8-track offering reveals a band whose stoner rock vibes and sludgy hard rock licks work in conjunction to righteously kick you in the but. A veritable potpourri of great songs and a great overall sound is what Mania offers so, if you're looking for a band that can groove, fuzz and leave a melody humming in your head, look no further and get Truckfighter’s third cd.

Melding big fuzz hooks and driving rock rhythms reminiscent of Kyuss, Dozer, Fu Manchu and Unida with pinches of more indie styles like Tool, The Mars Volta and The Melvins popping up every now and then, and a killer vocalist who pours the proper emotion into each track without sounding contrived are just a few of the positive sides.

This is a mammoth record one all stoner/riff rock/fuzz fans must consume.
