Revolting Cocks, also known as RevCo, is an industrial rock band from the US that began as a musical side-project for Richard 23 ( Front 242), Luc Van Acker (also Front 242) and Al Jourgensen of Ministry.

It al began when the band members were celebrating the birth of the band with a few beers until a fight broke out in the bar and things got a bit hectic. When the owner trough them out he was shouting "I'm calling the police! You guys are a bunch of revolting cocks”. Since then the band knew it’s name.

Since that day the band has known numerous line up changes, cd releases, touring and even an hiatus. But the band got back, stronger than ever and just released a new album last month.
And to be honest I was really disappointed. I knew that it would be special due to the industrial influences so I was prepared for the worst, but this really isn’t music I can’t appreciate. This is more for a dance club and even than it wouldn’t be appreciated. Let’s just hope that Jourgensen gets back on stage instead of going to the dansfloor to make some beats.
