This soundrack is packed full with classical 80ies music, and a few modern tunes.

Styles are ranging from classic hard rock, to heavy metal and even some hair metal, as far as the oldies are concerned, and it's this music that's drawn our attention and made us put it on the website.  Oh, and for those of you who haven't seen the movie yet, there's more of this stuff in the movie than what's on the soundtrack.

It seems the two Ratt songs - why did they put two songs from the same band on this soundtrack ? - are seemingly not the original songs, rumours are they are actually recordings made by Rat Attack, a project featuring Ratt lead singer Stephen Pearcy and guitarists George Lynch (Dokken) and Tracii Guns (L.A. Guns). The version of Metal Health by Quiet Riot also is not the original version but a 2006 version.
The song performed by Rhino Buckett could easily have been written and performed by AC/DC.

So, for all of you rock fans out there, this is a rather fine soundtrack.  A pity for us they didn't only put our favourite rock tracks on the album, but hey, then again 75 % of the tracks are what we like.
