Band: This or the apocalypse Lancaster County, Pennsylvania spew forth 5 Metal/ Hardcore boys and there second album. Unfortunately, this is one of those bands that AGAIN put no information what so ever for the public out. So you and I probably never heard of them before and at this rate won’t hear from them ever. Is this a new hype? Whatever it is, it doesn’t work (hint toward bands out there). Anyway these Hardcore yanks try to prove something with their second album called Haunt what’s left. And prove they do, prove that they don’t know what direction they want to go to. You can find melodic parts, a bit of shred, clean vocals and shouts, typical punk/hardcore riffs,…. You really can find everything on this disc witch gives is a higher value due to the fact that it’s so versatile and won’t appeal to just hardcore fans. To make things even better, the album was produced by the hands of Josh Wilbur (Atreyu and Avenged Sevenfold) and Chris Adler (Lamb Of God). And that’s what I meant with it’s musical diversity. On one side you have those melodic parts and on the other side those harsh Metal elements. 72/100 Jeroen. |
