Band: Bleeding Through Bleeding Through is an American metal core band from Orange County, California, and was formed in 1999. The band emerged from the underground to sell a combined 300,000 albums and uses influences and elements from different metal genres like: modern hardcore, black metal, and melodic death metal. I got to now them with songs like “On wings of Lead” and “Love lost in a hail of gunfire” from their (according to me) most genius album called This is Love This is Murderous it was brutal but still very melodic. But do to time issues and other bands I got interested in, I lost them a bit out of sight. Since then they released to other albums and are about to release their new self titled album on the 12th of April. And to be honest, I think I mist a lot in that time where I wasn’t paying much attention to them. Only after song number 5 I could recognize the “typical” Bleeding Through music style, but this has more of a Black/Death metal style than a hardcore one. Aside from this fact that will make many fans wonder, this isn’t a bad album, it’s very versatile (but again, maybe not a fan thing), brutal, melodic and blast beats coming from every side. Not you ordinary Bleeding Through but still Kick Ass. 89/100 Jeroen. |
