I hoped this new comeback album by 101 South would be something special, more akin to Harlan Cage, but alas, my hopes got dashed.
Not that it is a bad album, not at all.  After all these musicians have all been around for some time and have proven that they can perform.  Gregory Lynn Hall still is a great vocalist, and they even managed to get Hans Geiger back.
To AOR standards these are all great songs, played very well etc. but what I lack is a bit of crunch/power.  Instead all songs meander along, with maybe one exception, and that's the fourth track "What are you gonna do anyway".

I would say it's a must buy for old Foreigner fans, especially since Hall's voice has some similarities with Lou Gramm.
