Band: Exodus American Trash metal band Exodus was formed in 1980 in the Bay Area in San Francisco, California by guitarist Gary Holt, Kirk Hammet, and drummer Tom Hunting. Almost 30 years since then, the band has gone through numerous line-up changes, two extended hiatuses and has seen the deaths of two former band members. The Band itself has released over twelve albums since their debut in 1985, and has finally found a steady line up. And with this line up they proudly present their latest release, their new live album called: Shovel Headed Tour Machine (Live At Wacken And Other Atrocities). This is amazing. Not only is this Bay area trash metal at it’s best, the audio quality of this live album is amazing, this is studio album quality but still captures the atmosphere and mood of a live gig. On this disc you’ll find old Exodus classics alongside more recent brutal songs and a concert dvd if you want to see the madness live. 92/100 Jeroen. |
