New Italian band Markonee specializes in Classic hard rock, the sort that we all loved from the days when it all sounded better. With this as one of their goals, they’ve raised a high bar for themselves, especially since its been 3 years since their debut album. Will this live up to peoples expectations or fall under the boot of harder Rock and Metal bands? When hearing the album, you’ll notice a nice melodic tune to it and reminds you more of glam metal like Mötley Crüe. This all followed by catchy riffs and one of the only Italian singers voice ho doesn’t sing with a huge accent. That same voice even sound powerful and is even a welcome relief. I wouldn’t say that this band is awesome yet, I think they have a lot of potential but didn’t showed us yet with this album. Either way, it’s a fair solid album any rock fan can/will appreciate due to it’s high production level and musicianship but it won’t be for everyone.
