Rotor are back, once again on the Elektrohaschlabel and once again rocking out in the deepest of industrial space. We've got Tim Mentzel : Guitar,  Marco Baale : Bass  and Milan Pfützereuter : Drums, plus guests Andre Dietrich and Nico Kozik on vocals.

Musically we have a mix of stomping stoner riffs, circular psychedelic runs and bouncy boogie chord progressions as well as some serious jazzy breakdowns and rip-yer-face-off sludge. There are numerous tempo changes, but most tracks stay in the pounding middle pace. The mix and production are rock solid, everything thuds into your chest just the way it's supposed to. ¾ Instrumental tracks like "Karacho/heizer”, "Costa verde”, “Drehmoment" and “Weise angst” are all total psychedelic trips, bringing together cosmic grooves and spaced out mindfuck guitar bends. Like Melvins meets sax-less Fatso Jetson. There are 8 tracks plus a piano intro on this disc, giving you at least eight good reasons to see just how easily they'll knock you down. There isn't a wasted second, as these guys use every moment to bulldoze, bombard and batter your senses.

90/100
