Well well well, look who are back!

Sacrifice probably were (one of) the most important Thrash band(s) during the late eighties - early nineties, appreciated in North America and Europe, creator of several interesting studio recordings (the first in 1985, the last released in 1993), and known for its great shows. However, they did split about fifteen years ago, which was some kind of national disaster. Some of the original members recently decided to reform the formation and the first physical result is called The Ones I Condemn. The album sounds as if the band has never been away – except for the sound (Rouge Valley Studio), of course, which is much more powerful and professional than before. Yes, it means that this album goes on in the vein of the early years, bringing fast, rhythmic and melodic Thrash Power with screaming vocals, some fiery and razor-sharp solos, fierce tempo-changes and malignant hooks, a brutal-as-fuck rhythm section and pounding riffs. Renewing? No, not at all. Yet the latter is unnecessary because of its timeless character, of course. As from the first track, Sacrifice attacks, taking no prisoners, paying tribute to bands as Sadus, Slayer or Vio-Lence; even bands as Holy Terror, Exodus, Nuclear Assault, Overkill and Testament sometimes do come to mind. But still Sacrifice maintain to perform the album with an own approach, a universal one, built upon craftsmanship and cohesion – remarkable because of their long absence and inactivity.

This album simply is a killer headbang-thrasher, recommended to every fan of higher mentioned bands. Just like that…
