Band: Infinite Translation Infinite Translation’s Impulsive Attack is a fair slab of vintage Thrash Metal from France. This album got a production of nice quality, heavy and stomping, and generally the band sound fairly good even though the vocals can appear quite less inspired Guido Gevels like at times. Musically the outcome is not too bad, just quite unsurprising to say the least. While it may be difficult to point out any blatantly copied elements, you cannot avoid a recurring sense of déja-vu every now and then. The music is quite consistent and convincing if somewhat indistinctive on the whole. Infinite Translation have a lot of special appeal for the fans of old school thrash metal. For its short length, Impulsive Attack gives a surprisingly good run for the money. 83/100 Cosmicmasseur. |
