Band : AC/DC Once more a compilation every die-hard AC/DC fan might want to buy. And for those out there with an unlimited budget, there's even a very special edition where the box is a real amplifier, and also contains some extra cd's and dvd's, and even a real LP. Estimated price for this extravaganza: about € 190 without shipping costs - that is if you can still find one. The song collection spans their whole career, and contains, next to the ubiquitous songs like "Highway To Hell" - "For Those About To Rock..." and others, also a lot of rarities that were never released before. There's even a power ballad amongst them 8 The box also contains a nice booklet, with liner notes, photographs, info etc. This must be the ultimate AC/DC compilation, since it covers there career from the beginning up to nowadays. They've been on the road almost as long as I've been around, so therefore I would advise the younger fans, who're not familiar with their early work, to give this a try. You might be surprised, cause ACDC - time is something altogether different from AC/DC - Brian Johnson time. Bon to me always had more charisma, and next to that, his lyrics were way more original, even twisted than in the 'after' Bon period 90/100 Erik Morren. |
