One year ago, Pearl Jam released their latest record, called Backspacer. No one could expect that these rockers would still kick around twenty years after their debut.
Amongst The Waves is the latest single from Backspacer. Amongst The Waves is an easy-listening rock song which definitely glorifies the band. Eddie Vedder’s voice still sounds great, with a lot of emotion in it, but also the guitarists still play riffs like they did in the times of Jeremy.
Hopefully, the Jam story will be told a thousand years to come, because this definitely is a classic still standing strong.
