Born in Belgium in 2005, Suicide Of Demons was formed and since then the band has played with bands such as Dagoba and Eths.

Not only touring but album writing was on their agenda and November last year brought the release of their debut album called Before Your Eyes. This album is the conclusion of two years of touring, promotion, and several line- up changes and shows the will and determination of founders Fern (guitar) and Jo (drum). Although I’m glad that the metal scene is growing each day in my sweet little country, I ‘m still disappointed in it’s lack of creativity and originality. Don’t get me wrong this is one heavy album full of brutal tones and bone crushing riffs and deafening roars, but all in a cliché kind of way. Although the album sounds great, it lacks soul due to the fact that it’s pieces of music from different bands and not defining for the band.

Although not original the band does have a few tricks up it’s sleeves with an middle eastern acoustic song. Luckily the band has another album in the making witch I look forward to listening to.
