Band : Tracker After their self released EP Man Made Noise this Austrian outfit moved to Sulatronto release their debut album. How I Became An Alien shows an intense brooding mixture of the Heads-like vocals, gloom noisy riffs, crunching rhythms, steady but powerful drumming, channelled through a lethal fuzz cocktail of stoner, sludge, discord, psych and amp reptile metallic blues. Songs as “Bellow radar”, “Tight fit”, the appropriate titled “The hypnotized” and the incredible ”Blower” sound wicked and easily urge people to give this first baby multiple listens. You know what they say : you can never keep a good band down. Tracker are capable of twisting their music across multiple genres of rock. They aren't sticking with any formulas. 88/100 Cosmicmasseur. |
