Re-release of the first Vision album. However, originally this album was not titled ‘Mountain In The Sky’, but was self-titled.  Compared to the succeeding album which was released in 1985 there are no major differences in musical style.  However I personally find their second album better sounding, maybe because the southern rock influences are more prominent.

Since originally this album got virtually no distribution or promotion, it has always been neigh impossible to find, and consequently prices have been soaring amongst collectors.
This album harks back memories from the late seventies, early eighties. Fans of Boston, Kansas should give this a try.
