Canadian artist Rob Moratti has been around for a few years already.  First as songwriter and lead vocalist in Moratti in the early nineties, afterwards as vocalist with Final Frontier, a band with whom he recorded 4 albums, and last but not least as vocalist in Saga, replacing Michael Sadler.  However he left the band after 2009, and concentrated on his solo CD.

I don’t know what it is these days, but where have all these artist/bands been the past 10 or 20 years ?  Have they been hibernating or what, but it’s absolutely amazing at what rate new albums are coming out, with the purest eighties music.  This album is no exception to that.  It’s pure, undiluted AOR music.
Rob’s voice sounds a clear as ever.  And to back him up he’s got quite an impressive lineup: Reb Beach (Winger/Whitesnake) on guitars, Tony Franklin (Blue Murder) on bass, and Brian Doerner (Saga) on drums, to name but a few. This is a killer AOR album that would have been high in the charts… in the eighties.
