Australian band Pegazus is a very melodic heavy metal band whose songs have great riffs, licks and sing along melodies and catchy tunes and can best be compared in style like Iron Maiden or Manowar. The band already released 3 studio albums called “Wings Of Destiny”, “Breaking The Chains” and “The Headless Horseman”. Each of them highly anticipated, so a lot of people were waiting for this one as well, even if they had to wait several years.
The 11 song counting record is called “In Metal We Trust”, and yes, just like the title, the songs contain messages that are pro metal. Witch isn’t that strange when you consider this is a 80’s heavy metal band.
The music itself does linger and you probably will be able to sing along after just a quick listen or two. But that’s where it ends, its nice and good music but nothing special about it to be honest. Don’t get me wrong there is nothing bad about this record, and you surely do get your moneys worth, the record just feels predictable from start till end.
