Just over a year has passed, and once again we can enjoy a new album by Norwegian rock diva Issa.  I already liked her first album, and this second album is no exception.  Not surprisingly, since not only has she ben writing a few songs herself, but other songs were also written by the Martin brothers (Vega, House Of Lords, Khymera).  Other contributions were made by Robert Sall (Work Of Art), Randy Goodrum (Toto, Steve Perry), Daniel Palmqvist and the list goes on.

It’s pretty hard to catalogue her music.  It’s sure not pure metal, but it’s not pop either.  What’s for sure is that this girl can sing, as I mentioned in the review of her first album, she reminds me of Robin Beck, and I guess if you can mention her as a credential, it means something.

The songs on the album are of an outstanding quality, there varied, but not one of them is boring.  The album is over before you know it, and personally I find it very hard to pick out one song as being the best, cause they’re all good.

Like I mentioned in the review of her first album: I hope we’ll soon hear again from this young lady.
