Band: Fast Death The cover already suggests that this won't be the newest pop hype around. The cover shows living skeletons, motorcycles, smoke and fire. The perfect introduction for a fast crossover album. The first song "Open Wide" sounds very rough, but it's not original at all. "Dogs Running" is already a bit better, but still there's a lack of identity in the sound of Fast Death. Although, this track has a very solid solo at the end of the song. Fast Death continue their rampage with the title track of the album. Here you can easily here the influence punk and early hardcore had on this band. In the end, Fast Death isn't that band, but it's just something we've already heard a million times before. This band will probably die a fast death. 61/100 Nick Tronckoe. |
