No not folk to their native land (like in the style of Sepultura back in the days), but more of a Scandinavian folk about pixies and dragons and….
I’m an open minded guy but seriously had my doubts about this when I read the included bio about these lads. But who does like to play it save anyway? Unfortunately the guys didn’t gave me much to judge since it is only a single.
With that single they deliver exactly what they say, folk/heavy metal. Although the thought that it are Brazilians does make you less objective, the guys actually do a pretty good job at it (sound wise that is). For the rest, the guys can play their instruments and seem to know what they do but with only 1 track at my disposal they can’t really convince me with this one.
