Let’s admit it.  Either you’re a Kingdom Come fan, or you’re not.  When their first album  appeared in 1989 it seemed as if a pathway to major success had been opened.  With rather lots of resemblances to Led Zeppelin in the musical department, and with Lenny Wolf, masterbrain of the group sounding almost like Robert Plant, I thought they were going to get big.

Sadly history proved otherwise.  With each record they released success waned, but nevertheless Lenny kept on making music with this band.
Now despite them being called Led Zeppelin clones, I did like the band.  But as success waned, I stopped following their career.
Now this ‘new’ album is in fact a collection of older material, that has been re-recorded ore modernized if you’d like, with 3 brand new tracks.

Is the new version any better then the original. It’s hard to say.  Let’s state that the original versions were already quite good, and now, with more modern techniques and played in a different way, they sound equally good.  The new songs are also quite good, and fit nicely with the older work.

Will this mean a new chance for success?  I doubt it.  Fans will surely buy the album,  but I don’t think this will attract new fans by the dozens.
