Some bands play rock 'n roll very well, but they want to make the cleanest record ever made: nice artwork, crystal clear sound, catchy choruses, ... They mostly make it to the bigger stages, but somewhere along the way, they lost their roots.
A band which lacks all of these things is the rockabilly - psychobilly - rock and roll (whatever you want to call it) band Nekromantix. They sound like they're the band which sank the Titanic and like they're Satan's band at court. It all sounds very rough and very fast. What Happens In Hell, Stays In Hell could have been the perfect soundtrack of the TV series The Adams Family, if only it had been released two decades earlier of course.
That Nekromantix will never play the biggest stages, no matter how hard they try, is a clear fact, even for the band. But for the smaller clubs around the globe: beware, because Satan's favorite is called Nekromantix and his soundtrack is called What Happens In Hell, Stays In Hell.
