To name your band after some chicken, that’s rather odd I think.  This band was formed in London in 2009, and is fronted by a female vocalist, Lyla D’Souza, who is gifted with a rather good sounding, strong voice.
The EP contains 3 tracks, and starts with the title song ‘Kerosene’, a song that has a slow start, but ups the pace.  Next comes ‘Beige’, which I find the best track, although final track ‘Stalemate’ is not bad either.

Basically what you get with this band is female fronted classic rock, nothing more, nothing less.  It’s good, but I’m afraid there are dozens of other bands out there just like them.  What could make them stand out from the crowd is their vocalist.
