Eloah

Pffhhhh... If some disappointment in The Art Of Loving (the 9th album under the Eloah monicker, by the now in Holland residing Austrian Elmer C. Fuchs) rang through in that sigh, then I've accomplished my goal (alternately, you know know what was meant, uh?).

Venefica

This Melodic Rock/ Metal Czech quintet was founded in 2007, and as far as I know their line-up has always consisted of lead singer Ray, guitarists Jeff (also backing vocals) and Sasha, bassist/ backing singer Marian, and drummer Frankie.

Circle 7

Although “Hard Rock” (that's the terminology the band itself uses) act Circle 7 only showed itself on the San Diego scene a mere couple of years ago, the core of the band, in the form of drummer Daniel Cease and lead guitarist/ backing singer Ryan Holliday, have been “at it” for much longer than that. In fact, the twosome have been writing music together ever since meeting at high school and making bonds of friendship, going through several bands and project throughout the years.

Victoria Celestine

This young musician/ singer (born in San Antonio, TX during 1996!) may be meddling in a musical genre which will be frowned upon by many of our readers, but when those same people will listen to Victoria's material for the first time, I doubt very much that they will mind continuing to listen to her “Pop” tunes!

Fair Play

Fair Play is the instrumental musical project of Swedes Mats Sannetorp (guitarist/ keyboardist; been in several bands over the years, with a preference towards Hard Rock and Blues – other band: Sannetorp Bluesband) and Leif Carlsson (studio technician/ producer, also plays guitar & keyboards; been in several bands, the last being Magic, active in the '90s), both from Brunflo, a small town situated some 15 SW from Östersund (Jamtlands Ian, Middle of Sweden).

The Val

Madrid (Spain), somewhere in 2010...Gabriella de Val (vocals), Alfonso Samos (guitar), and Davic Erick Criado (keyboards), whom had formerly been in a band together, meet again after a long time for a meal. Memories were rekindled, common grounds found again...and as a result the three of 'em decided to go on with the Melodic Rock project they had begun back in the days.

Gerald Krampl

After his previous album, October 2010's Lighthouse (review by yours truly was posted somewhere...in January 2011), Gerald Krampl went on the lookout for a violinist to create the string sounds he used to bring to his music through the means of keyboards, as he was attempting to make his next album sound more like a Neo-Classical/ Ambient Chamber music experience.

Bones & Comfort

Singer / guitarist Daniele Murroni started this band back in 2006, to express his need to play the kind of pure Rock 'n' Roll without frills he liked best. He found bassist Alberto Trentanni and drummer Luca Romanò shared his musical views, and rather than complicate things, the band stayed in that power trio format.
