Azaghal

Azaghal

Do Azaghal need any introduction? Well, just for fun: formed more than three decades ago (initially as Belfegor) with some demonstrational material and a 7”EP during the second half of the Nineties. Debut full-lengths Mustamaa and Helvetin YhdeksÄn Püriä followed soon after; ah, I remember my modest enthusiasm back then, but that’s another story (and damn yeah, I am getting old).

Azaghal

I will keep it short and concise, for this Finnish act does not need any introduction anymore. It would be a waste of (my precious) time right now. The same goes for the fine Flemish label that is responsible, once again, for this release. My devotion and dedication go for both band and label, but I’m too lazy right now (haha) to go deeper into their history, biography or discography.

Azaghal

I do not think that Azaghal do need an extended introduction, so I’ll keep it brief. This Finnish horde started in 1995, first as Belfogor, then under the Nargoventor-moniker, and under their current name they dwell around as from 1998. Throughout the years, the band recorded and released quite some material, with a couple of absolute highlights included.
