For those who shouldn't know, AYS stands for Against Your Society and with the release of their new mini-album Suburban Haze, it's quite clear that they really take society by storm.
The record starts with the title track, which is a pounding drum intro and quickly flows over in sharp vocal parts and guitar riffs, really defining the band's sound. AYS doesn't take back any speed and pumps out the heaviest hardcore tunes. Just give Bad Charm a listen. First, it's superfast and after a bit more than a minute, it becomes so slow and heavy, you'd be a fool to sit still while listening.

Having shared the stage with the main hardcore acts of the 21st century, such as Madball and Agnostic Front, Suburban Haze is just another reason to start loving the German guys in AYS. European hardcore is alive!
