Bloodbath

Bloodbath is founded in 1998, with a shared fascination for horror and death metal. Since the release of their first EP, Breeding Death in 2000, Bloodbath is a real pioneer in extreme (death) metal music. Grand Morbid funeral is (again) recorded at the Ghost Ward Studio and The City of Glass Studio in Stockholm.  Mix for the account of David Costillo.

Thine

Thine, from West Yorkshire UK, first formed in 1993 as Blood of Thine but it wasn’t until 1996 (& a name-change to just Thine), that the band decided to record their first studio demo. But it wasn’t until January 1998, for them to record the debut album under Peaceville Records. ‘A Town Like This’ was recorded at Academy Studios and was engineered / mixed by MAGS.

Autopsy

[because the net simply exists, and for I have too much stuff still to review, I had to keep it short, but you will get the essence right here]

History: formed in 1987 in San Francisco, California. Majestic ‘early years’, and therefore one of the most influential Death Metal acts ever. Break from 1995 till 2010, then glorious comeback; old guys (just like me) that still beat the youngsters mercilessly!

Autopsy

More than twenty five years ago our beautifully smelly Earth got festered when Autopsy decided to exist. Through miscreants like Severed Survival and Acts Of The Unspeakable, the quartet injected the American Death Metal scene with their own vision of gore and terror, and undersigned was pleased. I saw it was good… Autopsy unfortunately disbanded in 1995 and some of the members continued under the moniker of Abscess, another great, and slightly comparable act with messages of love and peace, evidently.
