UDR Records

In 2013 Motörhead Released their 21st studio album ‘Aftershock’, and now UDR have repackaged the album and have added a bonus live disk.  I guess the reason behind this is because due to Lemmy’s health problems they had to cancel a lot of tour dates, and since his health seems to be better now again, they’ve planned some extensive touring for this year, and this album might rekindle the interest in the band.

Whilst this album is called ‘Last Tangle In Paris’, the filming of the DVD actually took place at Chicago’s Vic Theatre in June 2012, is a Mistery to me and probably to most people.

For Ministry fans, you get not only the DVD with about an hour and a half of material on it, the bulk of which consists of  concert footage and some backstage shots and also some interviews, but more importantly also 3 CD’s.

Skid Row

Skid Row is an American Hard rock/metal band, and was formed in 1986 in New Jersey. They were very successful in the late 1980s and early 1990s, with their first three multi-platinum albums. In their years of greatest success the band consisted of Sebastian Bach (vocals), Dave Sabo (guitar), Scotti Hill (guitar), Rachel Bolan (bass) and Rob Affuso (drums).

Saxon is one of those bands who’ve been around for so long, are liked by most metalheads, yet never managed to achieve the same breakthrough bands like Iron Maiden of Judas Priest were able to.  They also made part of the NWOBHM scene, and despite a dip in the late eighties that lasted into the early nineties, have since regained their strength and are churning out album after album.
