Well well, seems like Greek metallers of Rotting Flesh are still around… No flesh rotting yet out there…

Karmiciel Wszy is a Polish artist / sound composer that recently released a handful of material on labels such as BDTA, Cvlminis, Lighten Up Sounds or Jasień, as well as an album via the impressive Frozen Light label from the Russian Federation. The latter is called Torre Bert, which is actually the name of a non-official tracking station somewhere in Italy.

Yodok III (quite a strange moniker indeed it is) is a collaboration of three notorious and well-known musicians that did work together under other pseudonyms or in other constellations too.

Once in a while I want to keep it simple, short, to-the-point. Right now too I am not going to deep within bio, history, background, whatsoever. Please welcome Germany’s Sømerset, a four-piece consisting of Nadine (vocals – not really of the operatic kind), Daniel (drums), Marvin (guitars and vocals) and Michael (bass). Welcome and goodbye, for apparently this releases seems to be the last effort by the band (???)…

Released on vinyl in an edition of 666 copies, crystal clear, by the way…

Hey, a new Mustan Kuun Lapset release? Indeed, it is. All hail the godz of Finnish Metal!

Almost three years after the debut Infinite Dissonance (initially digitally released, and put on CD one year later; released via Finland’s Inverse Records), Russia’s Negative Voice return with their second official full length studio album, Cold Redrafted.

Black Command are a (young) formation, hailing from the tropical shores of The Netherlands. The band was formed in 2012 by Morte Noire members, but I do not think we can consider Black Command as a side-project of Morte Noire.

The ancient city of Tier, not that far away from Moscow, capital of the Russian Federation, has quite an interesting history. Unfortunately, the old Soviet institutes sort of ‘killed’ quite some elements from the culture and traditions of that era, at the shores of the river Volga. But are several bands out there that try to revive the forgotten glory of that era / area, and amongst those is this one: Kreiviskai. The band was formed in 2013, and soon after their birth, the quartet started working on their debut full album.

It has been almost two years; two years we had to wait for the successor of the nameless EP, but finally Belgium’s finest Eleanora return with a new pièce d’art, called Allure, once again under the protective wings of Consouling Sounds. The reason why I was so impatiently waiting, well, I’d like to invite you to check out the review I wrote for that mini-album, which was published on September 9^th 2014…
